At Simply Home Basics , customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we require that you contact us within 90 days of placing your order to facilitate a full refund on all merchandise (opened or unopened).
Unlike many companies, we understand that some orders may be placed incorrectly or customers may experience defective products or ones damaged during shipping.
Our return policy extends to these circumstances as well, in order to facilitate a timely and worry free resolution no matter what the issue.
To return your order:
- Contact us – Simply call our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package product(s) – Write the RMA number legibly anywhere on the outside of the package.
- Return the product(s) – Our customer service staff will provide you with the return shipping address for the package.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Please allow between 7-10 business days from the time our warehouse receives your returned order to both process your refund and for the amount to appear in your account. As internal banking procedures may vary, this time frame may be adjusted accordingly.
What happens if I received the wrong product?
Although Simply Home Basics strives to ensure every order is properly fulfilled, mistakes may occur. If you have received an incorrect product, please contact Amazon, they will ship you out the correct product ASAP.
What if my order is damaged?
While we take extraordinary care to assure every order is properly packaged for safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that some shipping damage will not occur during transit by the USPS or UPS.
If upon delivery you discover your order has been damaged in transit, simply contact us and we will immediately rectify the situation.
What if I’m over the 90 day return period?
Due to the limited shelf life of perishable goods such as essential oils, we are unable to offer refunds on products beyond the 90 day period from the date of purchase.
